Data Engineer

Database & Data Management

• Strong experience with MongoDB.
• Advanced SQL programming skills and understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle).

Programming & Development

• Strong Python scripting and data development skills.
• Business API-driven data modeling expertise.
• Data modeling and dimensional modeling capabilities.
• Proven experience in ETL processes.
• Experience with Kafka for event definition.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with AWS stack (preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.

Additional Technical Skills

• Understanding of data preparation for integration with existing ADP (Allianz Data Platform).
• Collaboration with local teams on data warehousing requirements.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.

Soft Skills & Collaboration

• Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models for business API-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines.
• Prepare data for integration with Allianz Data Platform (ADP).
• Work with local teams to address data warehousing requirements.
• Apply Common Functional Model (CFM) principles in data architecture.
• Collaborate with UX teams on analytics data ingestion and analysis.
