Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong core Java skills, experience with modern frameworks, and exposure to microservices-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications
• Develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and related frameworks
• Implement microservices architecture, including service-to-service communication
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and code reviews
• Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and external services
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of strong experience in Java (Java 8 or above)
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience in building RESTful web services
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate / JPA
• Proficiency in SQL and working with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, or other testing frameworks
• Basic experience with Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Exposure to Kafka / RabbitMQ messaging systems
• Understanding of Design Patterns and SOLID principles
• UI exposure (Angular / React) is a plus
