Desired Competencies

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and manage microservices architectures with REST APIs
• Develop and integrate applications using cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP)
• Implement database solutions using MongoDB and/or relational databases
• Apply best practices for security, performance, and scalability
• Develop front-end features using Angular (for full-stack roles)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence (for senior/architect roles)
