Lead Java Developer

TCS is hiring for Java backend Developer

Exp Range- 4 to 10 yrs

Location - Only CHENNAI

Keywords- Java, Springboot, Microservices and AWS

Pls follow the JD below:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and manage microservices-based architectures with high scalability and availability
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and fix production bugs
• Implement data persistence solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ensure application security, including authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
• Mentor junior developers (for senior roles – 7+ years)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or above)
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
