System Analyst

Duties/Responsibilities:

Work with client/business owner/product owner to gather the requirement/painpoint and do feasibility assessment related to responsible application.
Perform impact analysis to define appropriate solutions and request the approval.
Prepare mandays effort and cost estimation related to impact responsible application.
Perform individual project component within development lifecycle including document, design, implement, testing, knowledge sharing, deploy and maintenance.
Planning and tracking tasks related responsible application to achieve the target and avoid delay plan.
Diagnose application problem to find root cause, provide solution and resolve it.
Prepare log & monitoring to ensure application availability and to assess the impact of state transformations on performance.
Collaborate with team members, provide each other with technical insight and quality of work.
Collaborate with the other teams by open communication and avoid conflict.
Awareness and follow SLA agreement in all processes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge and experience of at least 5 years related to Java, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, SOAP/REST API, Node.Js, Docker, Kubernetes.
Knowledge and experience in application design, database design, application integration. Application architecture knowledge is preferred.
Experience in Agile way of work is preferred.
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and communication.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Always learning for self-improvement.

Experience and Qualifications -

Minimum experience 5 years in System Analyst.
Minimum experience more than 7 years of overall IT experience. Telecom domain knowledge is preferred.
At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering. Master’s degree is preferred.
