Role Summary:
The Cloud Operations Engineer II provides stable, disciplined, and security-aligned operational support across Azure Landing Zones, VM workloads, storage platforms (including ZRS/GZRS), SQL Managed Instance, identity services, and enterprise monitoring systems.
This role operates as an extension of the onshore Infrastructure Operations team, executing standardized runbooks, triaging incidents, performing daily health checks, enforcing governance controls, and supporting continuous improvement across availability, performance, and security posture. The position requires competency aligned to AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-700, AZ-720, and DP-300 to ensure offshore teams can diagnose issues independently and operate the platform without architect dependence.
