Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications (frontend and backend)
• Implement features based on specifications and technical design
• Understand system behavior, data flow, and business logic
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Review code and support junior developers when needed
• Collaborate with Tech Lead, BrSE/PM, and QA teams
• Identify issues early and propose practical solutions
• Participate in system improvement, migration, or modernization projects
• Apply modern tools (including AI) to improve development efficiency
  
  

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
• 4–7+ years of experience in software development
• Experience working on fullstack web applications
  
  

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong experience in at least one backend technology (Java, .NET, Node.js)
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration
• Familiarity with Git and team-based development workflow
• Ability to debug issues and analyze system behavior
• Good communication and teamwork skills
  
  

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with Japanese clients or offshore projects
• Experience with system migration or modernization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
• Experience using AI tools to support development
• Understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Basic Japanese communication skills (N3+ is a plus)
