Temasek Technology team are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to own and evolve our portfolio of internal Corporate Platforms and Digital Platforms. Reporting to the Technical Director, this senior individual contributor role drives both strategic vision and hands-on delivery of digital products serving HR, Compliance, Finance, and Administration.

The role requires a product leader who is equally comfortable managing mature platforms and building new products from zero to one, while applying agile delivery, design thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational discipline. The Product Manager will also identify opportunities to integrate AI and GenAI capabilities to improve automation, productivity, and user experience

We are looking for Product Managers for the Technology team. This individual must enjoy working with people and love how technology, when applied well, can solve complex business challenges and bring immerse value and pleasure to people.

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own and manage a portfolio of 2–3 mature internal platforms while driving new initiatives.
• Define and maintain clear product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business needs.
• Translate requirements from corporate functions into well-defined product specifications and actionable plans.
• Monitor platform and product performance metrics to support data-informed prioritisation and measurable business outcomes.
• Balance strategic transformation objectives with ongoing platform sustainability and user needs

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to ensure work is aligned to business value and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (as required) and work closely with delivery teams to ensure execution is on time and on budget.
• Drive strong execution discipline across the product lifecycle, including planning, scope management, and release readiness.
• Ensure product delivery remains focused on outcomes, usability, and operational resilience

Design Thinking & User Experience

• Apply hands-on design thinking to solve complex business problems and create intuitive experiences
• Facilitate design workshops, user research, and co-creation activities with stakeholders
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to validate solutions before build

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Build trusted partnerships across corporate functions and align diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Manage key vendor relationships, including development partners and design agencies.
• Provide clear and transparent reporting to Steering Committees and Project Sponsors.
• Ensure stakeholder communications, escalations, and governance processes are handled effectively

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Ensure system stability, reliability, and adherence to SLAs across the product portfolio
• Oversee BAU operations, incident management, and continuous improvement
• Manage project and product budgets, tracking spend and ROI

AI & Innovation

• Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into digital products.
• Use emerging technologies to enhance automation, improve business value, and support innovation.

Required Experience

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex digital products in corporate or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing both mature products and new product development from zero to one.
• Good understanding of corporate platform ecosystems, including examples such as:
  • SuccessFactors / HRIS systems
  • Workday / Finance systems
  • Compliance tools
• Experience working across business and technology teams in complex stakeholder environments 

Skills & Competencies

• Practical experience with agile delivery methodologies (formal certification a plus)
• Strong design thinking practitioner able to facilitate workshops and create user journeys
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills across all organizational levels
• Proficiency with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma)
• Exceptional communication skills translating between technical and business audiences
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budget management capabilities

• Execution-focused operator who prioritizes "getting things done" while maintaining quality
• Passionate about people, design, data, and technology
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
