Senior DevOps Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building and setting up and maintenance development tools and infrastructure in CI/CD landscape
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Maintain and adopt Agile best practices and lifecycles for process workflows (e.g., Kanban, CI/CD)
• Work with Developers and DevOps Engineers on code review through continuous inspection, defining test scope and feature test cases based on requirements
• Ensure proper process workflow is followed in accordance with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements
• Interact with clients and development teams on product backlog prioritization for software upgrades, patches and hotfix, defect fixes and enhancements
• Take ownership of all issues and outages. Track and monitor issues progress until their completion and provide timely issue escalation to relevant audiences

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps/SRE, systems engineering, build/ release/ deployment automation, etc
• Being fluent in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, .Net
• Experience designing and working with modern CI/CD with gitlab, github or jenkins or equivalent
• Experience in integrating DevSecOps tool like Nexus, Fortify into Build pipelines will be an added advantage
• Experience with latest tools and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible
• Experience in deploying Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or scripts to Nutanix, SCOM and equivalent
• Self-motivated, hands-on, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background
