About the Role

We are the Game Platform (Middle Platform) Team at Tencent Games, focusing on applying AI technologies to game development and operations.

This role is application-oriented, where you will work on bringing Large Language Models (LLMs) and AIGC capabilities into real-world gaming scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of AI applications in gaming scenarios (e.g., content generation, intelligent NPCs, operational tools)
• Develop and optimize applications based on LLMs, including prompt engineering and workflow design
• Build prototypes and internal tools to improve production and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI solutions from concept to deployment
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and explore innovative use cases in games

Who We Look For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python / Java / C++)
• Basic understanding of machine learning or LLMs; hands-on experience is a plus
• Strong engineering skills with the ability to build functional prototypes or tools
• Strong interest in AI applications and productization
• Passion for gaming industry; gaming experience is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM applications (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agents, etc.)
• Experience with AIGC (text, image, or audio generation)
• Experience in building AI tools or automation systems
• Familiarity with web development or full-stack development
• Previous game-related project experience
