About You

You’re a motivated developer who wants to grow your career while working on meaningful, strategic projects at Access. You enjoy learning new technologies, solving problems, and contributing to software that supports our global product portfolio.

Day‑to‑day, You Will

Design and build software solutions that support CEO‑driven initiatives
Work on proof‑of‑concept projects using new or emerging technologies
Develop and enhance features within our SaaS products
Take part in code reviews, technical discussions, and efficiency improvements

Your Skills And Experiences Might Also Include

5 years and above of software development experience
Experience with the Microsoft stack (e.g., .NET, SQL, Azure PaaS) or other languages such as Java, JavaScript, React Native, Angular, Python, or TypeScript
Knowledge of modern web frameworks and full‑stack development
Experience working on enterprise‑scale or cloud‑native applications
