About the role:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer driving engineering excellence across enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications. This role blends hands-on development with strategic leadership, focusing on secure, scalable systems deployed on Azure and powered by JBoss.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Engineering

· Write and review high-quality code across backend (Java/J2EE) and frontend (React, Angular, or similar).

· Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.

· Manage API design, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

· Implement and maintain robust security controls including OAuth2, SAML, and role-based access.

· Cloud-native transformation and deployment strategies on Microsoft Azure.

· Evaluate and implement DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (required)

· 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in Java/J2EE stack.

· Strong experience with JBoss, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful services.

· Proven track record of deploying secure applications on Azure cloud.

· Solid understanding of application security, encryption, and compliance standards.

· Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Qualifications

· Certifications in Azure Architecture or Security.

· Experience migrating from Oracle to PostgreSQL is strongly preferred

· Familiarity with container orchestration technologies.

· Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
