As a Product Manager Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in shaping digital products and supporting cross-functional teams. You’ll help define product requirements, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful features. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn product management fundamentals while contributing to real projects.

Your Main Duties In Flying With Us

Conduct user and market research to identify customer needs and pain points.
Assist in defining product requirements and writing user stories.
Support the product team in prioritizing the roadmap and backlog.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure smooth delivery of product features.
Help analyze product performance using data and provide actionable insights.
Participate in product reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups.
Document product features, release notes, and team learnings.

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare

University student majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Having Data Analysis skills, experience using Amplitude & BigQuery is a plus
Passionate in the Product Management field
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Have a Data-Driven and Growth mindset
Proficient in English
Tech-savvy which loves to stay on top of industry trends
Self-starter who doesn’t hesitate to proactively approach in order to learn fast
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
