WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Overview

Backend Software Engineer will use their technical expertise to research, recommend, design and implement web sites and applications. They will work with other developers to program based on coding standards, and to assure that all tasks and projects are completed with the highest quality.

How will YOU contribute to the Team?

• Assist in gathering requirements
• Develop high quality code for high traffic and availability website and applications
• When requested or a project requires some over-time may be necessary to meet company success
• When needed meet clients and work with 3rd parties
• Follow the company processes
  
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum of 2-year experience successfully implementing solutions in applications using Java on Linux environments
• JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, other languages are a plus
• Strong knowledge/experiences on OOP, data structure and algorithm
• Knowledge on high-availability, high-scalability web applications
• Other Technologies: Linux, Apache/Nginx, Web Services, TCP/IP, SVN…
• Detailed and focused on quality
• Must be self-motivated and able to achieve results
• Aptitude to learn quickly and work well within a team environment
• Good knowledge of AI Coding Assistant (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor…) is a big plus
