Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) to join our growing team and work directly with Japanese clients. You will be the key communication bridge between the Vietnam development team and our partners in Japan. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, project management, and technical analysis skills to contribute to the success of complex projects.

Your key responsibilities are:

Act as the main liaison between the Vietnamese development team and Japanese clients.
Analyze and clarify client requirements, conduct requirement definition, and support technical teams in design and development phases.
Translate business and technical requirements between Japanese and English/Vietnamese.
Manage project progress, resource allocation, and report status to both internal teamsand clients.
Collaborate with PMs and technical leads to define and track milestones, tasks, andrisks.
Support presales activities including estimation, proposal writing, and client presentations when needed.
Participate in system design review, test case review, and final user acceptance testing.
Work onsite in Japan if the project requires.

Your Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Fluent in Japanese (N2 level or above). Strong communication and presentation skills.
At least 5 years of experience working as a BrSE in offshore development projects for the Japanese market.
Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and communication style.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum).
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including clients, internal team members, and management.
Technical background is a big plus (e.g. PHP, Java, .NET, Flutter, Mobile app, etc.)
Able to create clear technical documents and translate between Japanese-EnglishVietnamese.
Experience in resource management, team coordination, and risk handling.
