Group Details

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of Tradeweb’s Central Analytics team, supporting the delivery of high-impact, data-driven insights, metrics, and recommendations related to trading activity on the Tradeweb platform. You will work closely with senior analysts and internal stakeholders to help transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights that inform product development, client reporting, and business decisions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and results-driven individual with a strong interest in data, analytics, and financial markets. The role requires foundational technical skills in SQL and Tableau, a high level of accountability, and the ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to queries and questions from internal teams in their data needs – regarding activities on Tradeweb Markets trading platform and in fixed income markets
• Conduct empirical analysis on fixed income trading and market trends with guidance from more senior members of the team
• Assist in producing client-facing and internal reports, dashboards, and recurring metrics on platform usage and trading behavior
• Contribute analysis that helps guide the development of new analytics, content, and product features supporting investment and trading decisions
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and standardized reporting assets
• Present analytical findings through clear written summaries, visuals, and presentations tailored to the audience
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all analytical deliverables
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree emphasizing in quantitative coursework (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering or economics)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical function
• Proficiency in SQL/ORACLE coding, database query, or other statistical analysis and data mining software
• Experience with working with BI Tools such as Tableau
• Experience with Python is a plus
• Basic knowledge of finance/economics – knowledge in fixed income is a plus
• Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter, ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions
