Ideal candidate will provide thought leadership and drive core business goals and objectives of Uber AI solutions working closely with a team of PMs, Engineering, Data Science, UX and other teams. As a Lead Product Manager, you will manage product teams responsible for multiple areas within marketplace and domain side of Uber AI Solutions. You will drive key business objectives of Uber AI solutions through innovative product solutions working along with a team of PMs, Engineering, Data Science, UX and other teams. An Innovative mindset, strategic thinking, highly collaborative approach and strong execution rigour will be required to succeed in this role.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years experience as a technical Product Manager
• B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering degree
• Data-driven decision-making ability and a "driver" personality for pushing toward clarity and balancing the need for great collaboration.
• High attention to detail and proven track record to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and work backward from the needs of your customers to build solutions that scale.
• We don't expect you to code, but you should feel comfortable discussing deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users.
• A passion for Uber's mission and technology-driven culture, along with a deep desire to grow and learn!
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven product management experience
• Past people management experience in leading product managers
• An MBA is strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Preferred marketplace experience or in AI development but not mandatory
• Well versed with AI tools and best practices
