Software Engineer, Process Optimization & Automation

Your role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with a passion for process automation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation and agentic workflows using Python, Power Platform, Azure, Azure AI, RPA tools (such as Automation Anywhere), and other modern frameworks. You will play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and driving digital transformation across the organization.

Additionally:

• Deliver technology solutions that solve real business problems and reinforce our leadership in digital financial services;
• Analyze and translate business requirements from our global wealth management teams into robust technical designs;
• Evaluate new software initiatives, offering technical recommendations to enhance existing systems and drive innovation;
• Participate in code reviews and provide maintenance support, ensuring long-term stability and performance of our solutions;
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships across our business in APAC and globally.

Your team

You'll be working in the Process Optimization and Automation, DevOps team in Singapore. You’ll work alongside individuals passionate about technology and innovation, in an international and inclusive environment where diversity is a strength and every opinion matters.

Your expertise

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions for business processes.
• Develop and deploy automation solutions or agentic workflows leveraging Python, Power Platform, Azure, Azure AI, RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate automation workflows with existing systems and cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated processes to ensure high performance and minimal downtime.
• Maintain documentation for automation solutions, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks in automation, DevOps, and cloud computing.
• Effective communicator with experience in business process analysis and stakeholder alignment;
• You are proactive, accountable and a dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
  
  

Skills that are a plus:

• Strong technical acumen to proactively pick up and drive the adoption of new technologies,
• VBA and JavaScript,
• Power Platform, Office 365, SharePoint and Dataverse,
• Data analytics with MS Fabric,
• Git, GitLab and CI/CD pipelines,
• Proficiency in Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, and deployment flows,
• Interest in agentic workflows or exposure to LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, PostgreSQL and LLM APIs,
• Professional experience in financial services, specifically wealth management and investment banking.
