Job Description

Job Summary**

Lead and manage the Wintel System Administration team, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of UOB Indonesia's Windows-based infrastructure and services.

Job Responsibilities**

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and support of Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other related Wintel technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Wintel System Administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Plan, execute, and oversee Wintel infrastructure projects, including server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Develop and implement robust backup and recovery strategies for Wintel systems, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive measures to optimize system availability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network, security, application) to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Wintel systems, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UOB Indonesia's IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective support for Wintel-related hardware and software.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide escalation support for critical incidents.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Wintel System Administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proven experience with server hardware (e.g., HP, Dell, IBM) and storage area networks (SAN).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers).
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
