Job Title: Senior Node.js Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with strong backend expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Node.js, REST APIs, Kafka, MongoDB, and monitoring & logging tools, and should be comfortable working in distributed, event‑driven architectures.

Advanced API Integration(REST, WebSocket, Third party API)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend integrations
Develop event‑driven and asynchronous systems using Kafka
Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries
Implement monitoring, logging, and ing to ensure system reliability
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and architecture teams
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root‑cause analysis
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js
Solid experience in building REST APIs / Microservices
Experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming)
Strong knowledge of MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, performance tuning)
Experience with monitoring & logging tools (e.g., ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event‑driven architecture
Experience working in Agile environments

Good To Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Experience with security best practices (OAuth, JWT, API security)
Knowledge of performance testing and optimization
Experience in enterprise or high‑volume systems
