We are seeking a highly experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist to lead the design, development, and scaling of automation solutions across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner closely with business stakeholders, drive prioritization of automation opportunities, and deliver high-impact solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA initiatives, including opportunity identification, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Effectively run prioritization sessions with stakeholders to evaluate, sequence, and align automation opportunities with business value and strategic goals
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT (both within the Division/group and Corporate), etc.) to identify automation use cases and drive adoption
Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, MS PowerAps, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Ensure automation solutions are robust, secure, and maintainable, following best practices and governance standards
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize existing automations and processes
Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to integrate RPA with broader enterprise systems and technologies
Develop and maintain documentation, including process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs)
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation
Proven experience effectively running prioritization sessions with stakeholders and aligning initiatives to business value
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Solid business acumen across a variety of functional areas (e.g., Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain)
Deep expertise in at least one leading RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
Experience with process analysis, process mining, or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with intelligent automation (AI/ML, OCR, NLP)
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, VB.NET, etc.)
Experience working in an enterprise environment with governance and compliance requirements
RPA certifications from recognized platforms
