Lead II - Software Engineering-ATG

Role Description

7+ years of experience in Java backend engineering with strong fundamentals in OOP, multithreading, collections, and performance tuning.

Hands on experience with ATG (Oracle Commerce) modules and platform customizations.

Strong experience building and deploying microservices (service discovery, circuit breakers, logging, inter service communication).

Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and schema design.

Experience integrating with REST APIs, middleware, and cloud based or on prem systems.

Strong debugging skills across environments and ability to handle production critical issues.

Optional / Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Spring / Spring Boot for building REST services, dependency injection, and configuration management.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar pipelines.

Exposure to Kafka/MQ based event driven systems.

Performance testing, security hardening, and code quality tools (SonarQube, Fortify).
