What are we looking for?

We are looking for QA Test Engineer with +3 years of experience in Manual & Automation testing who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, which is one of the leading wealth management groups.

You will be part of an agile product team, responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle. You will focus on validating functional, integration, and business requirements across complex and distributed systems.

Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure end‑to‑end quality within an Agile team across the full software development lifecycle
Design and execute test cases to validate functional, integration, and business requirements
Perform end‑to‑end and API testing across multiple integrated systems
Manage defects, support triage, and follow issues through to resolution
Communicate quality status, risks, and progress to team and stakeholders
Contribute to test automation development using Playwright

Requirements

Proven experience as a QA Test Engineer in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong skills in Test Case Design, manual and exploratory testing
Experience with end‑to‑end and integration testing, including REST APIs
Knowledge of banking or financial services is a strong plus
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive quality proactively
Strong analytical skills and structured problem‑solving approach
Experience with Jira; Xray, test automation (Playwright), and CI/CD pipelines are a plus
Comfortable working in international, cross‑functional teams

Nice to Have

ISTQB Foundation Level certification
