Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Good exposure to AI/ML concepts, model integration, or AI-driven application development
• Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and backend development
• Strong knowledge of Docker, containerization, and deployment troubleshooting
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django
• Exposure to MLOps, MLflow, Kubeflow, or model deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of Helm, Argo CD, Terraform
• Exposure to LLM / GenAI / prompt engineering
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions / Jenkins
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
