Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Test Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing of product releases, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end software testing for product releases
Design, develop, debug, and execute complex test scenarios and test cases
Develop deep understanding of the product and domain
Collaborate with Software Development and Product Support teams for effective planning and execution
Drive continuous process and productivity improvements
Document, enhance, and maintain regression test procedures throughout the software lifecycle
Work effectively in a multi-site, globally distributed team environment
Guide and mentor junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong aptitude with problem-solving and analytical abilities
Solid understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies
Experience in end-to-end testing of software products
Ability to handle complex scenarios and debugging tasks efficiently
Engineering degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Strong academic record with high CGPA in 10th, 12th, and degree (applicable for both freshers and experienced candidates)
