Senior System Analyst, IT (MES)

We’re looking to add a Senior System Analyst, IT in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Senior System Analyst, IT (MES), you will:

• Responsible in ensuring smooth operation including troubleshooting and problems solving related to Manufacturing Execution System. Identify improvement areas and implement strategic solutions in time with consultation with business stakeholders.
• Work with Business stakeholders and lead strategic planning for Venture MES system to achieve business goals.
• Responsible for MES functional and technical system development, review, and certification of MES systems hardware, backup, IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP,) and IT Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• To ensure system to comply with audit requirement
• Manage and evaluate IT Vendors (MES)
• Proactively propose proactive improvement & preventive monitoring
• Manage & Support IT Audit

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in relevant experience.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional team.
• Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience with clustering, performance testing, BI and MES application will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Knowledge in Production Planning/Capacity Planning/Material Management
• Knowledge in Work Order Management
• Knowledge in OEE/SPC/RTY
• Knowledge in Quality management and traceability requirements
