Job Description

10-month contract, renewable
Hybrid work arrangement
Government project

Responsibility

Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features, covering backend services and clinician dashboard.
Develop and maintain backend APIs using Python Django (REST Framework), and frontend dashboards using React.js with TypeScript, including data visualisation and performance optimisation.
Integrate frontend, backend and external systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and secure data handling.
Ensure engineering quality and operational readiness of delivered features.
Apply best practices for code organisation, version control, automated testing, and documentation; conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with DevOps to support deployment, performance tuning, and system reliability in cloud environments.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
3 years of experience in software development
Experience in public sector will be advantageous
