Job Description – Automation Specialist (Python, Power BI, Advanced Excel)Role OverviewWe are looking for an Automation Specialist with strong experience in Python (Pandas), MS Power BI, and Advanced Excel to support data automation, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automated workflows, transforming datasets, and developing interactive dashboards.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, especially leveraging Pandas for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, ensuring accurate data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualizations.
• Use Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, excel advance formulas ) for data analysis and reporting.
• Design and implement automated solutions to reduce manual effort in reporting and operations.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine existing automation processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of reports/dashboards.
• Manage scheduled automation pipelines and monitor performance.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Python Expertiseo Strong in Pandas, NumPy, data manipulation, data wrangling, and automation scripting.
• Power BIo Ability to create dashboards, data models, DAX measures, and KPIs.o Experience with working on power BI DAX calculations, and visualizations.
• Advanced Excelo Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas (Index/Match, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).o VBA/Macros experience is an added advantage.
• General Skillso Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.o Good written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 – 6 years of experience in data automation/reporting roles.
• Ready to work with night shift
