What We're Looking For

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Weekly and Quarterly management, hygiene, quality for data related to macroeconomic environments, sales, competitors and markets
Management of related data visualizations and insights, including PowerBI dashboards, summary insights, PowerPoints, Excel sheets and data analytics
Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
Assists with portions of larger projects or leads multiple small projects. Coordinates the work activities of project members and ensures that projects progress according to schedule and budget.
Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and department or team objectives
Collaborates within team to develop solutions for internal operations or key stakeholders
Data governance and reviews delivered reports for data accuracy. Independently works to resolve quality issues of limited scope and escalate complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolution

Job Requirements

Identify the key skills and competencies, education and work experience requirements and special licenses or certifications needed to competently perform the role.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Marketing or Finance
Minimum Work Experience (years):
2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
Key Skills and Competencies:
High level of Excel skills required
PowerBI and SQL knowledge required
DAX coding highly advantageous
Strong analytical skills – data cleaning and preparation, analyze data to extract answers to business questions
Ability to present data in a visually compelling format
Ability to work independently
Strong attitude to learn and grow within the company, potentially willingness to learn machine learning
Able to telework? Yes/no – if yes, % of time and expectations while teleworking: Yes – hybrid work approach
