What We're Looking For

As a Market Data Analyst, you will specialize in providing fact-based insights into defined markets, competitors, and customer and partner needs to influence decision-making and strategic planning. Primary responsibilities include product portfolio reporting, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders. Additionally, you will collaborate with other analysts on the team to provide support to different business functions and cross functionally work with Zebra marketing, sales, and our product and solutions teams

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Prepares a variety of reports consolidating data from one or multiple systems. Delivers report in format to aid stakeholders outside the functional area (Powerpoint, PDF, PowerBI, etc.)
Reviews delivered reports for data accuracy. Independently works to resolve quality issues of limited scope and escalates complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolution
Uses business acumen to look beyond the data to generate recommendations and assessments of business growth initiatives and opportunities
Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
Assists with portions of larger projects or leads multiple small projects. Coordinates the work activities of project members and ensures that projects progress according to schedule and budget.
Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and department or team objectives
Collaborates within team to develop solutions for internal operations or key stakeholders.
