Wholly-owned subsidiary of Tiong Seng Holdings, Robin Village Development, is one of the leading suppliers of precast components and prefabricated solutions in Singapore with a strong and professional Engineering and Design team. RVD pioneered the 1st Integrated Construction Prefabricated Hub (ICPH) equipped with state of the art precast equipment. The RVD’s ICPH is highly mechanized with adoption of technologies such as Pallet Circulation System, Automated Concrete Spreader, Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD-CAM) software and system, Shuttering robots, etc.

With over 30 years’ experience in providing precast , prefabricated engineering design and solutions, RVD successfully completed diverse project portfolio ranging from HDB, condominiums, commercial office, hotels & resorts. Some of the local landmark projects which were involved include the integrated Resorts World Sentosa, Park Royal@Pickering and Gardens by the Bay.
