Conas is a consultancy company specialized in Service Logistics. We help our customers to manage their spare parts supply chain:
• We clean, normalize and enrich spare part data
• We globalize spart part data management by linking the data of individual plants and assigning an internal global company spare part ID number
• We digitalize equipment spare part manuals of the equipment manufacturers and link them to the internal company spare part references
• We offer software solutions, complementary to the customers ERP system, to help them to better manage spare parts and to make spare part information easily available to the users by digital link / resolver techniques
• We support customers with spare part warehouse design and lay out
• We clean, reorganize spare part warehouses and implement the basics of 5S “a place for every part & every part in its place”
• We are experts in applying the GS1 data standards.
• We are specialized in the Marine, Ports & Terminals segments
We operate from our offices in Voorschoten, The Netherlands and Pune, India. We support our customers globally and are active in 20+ countries across 6 continents.
