Additionally, spending a day with another developer will encourage in-house developers to be more accountable and will lead directly to our next benefit. Apart from the inherent speed boost of clean code, programming is generally faster because it spends less time searching for solutions to problems through results. As there is always something to learn, the team has a great knowledge transfer session, and they seem to get the best results when developers share similar knowledge.
