frankie is a user focused mental health and wellness platform powered by AI. The name is derived from the term 'frankly speaking' - a direct connotation of how mental health issues should be discussed. We believe that de-stigmatising mental health and empowering our users with the knowledge, support and guidance to deal with personal stressors is the key to healthier minds and better run lives.

frankie focuses on preventative mental health and wellness care for all by taking steps to detect, identify and intervene by - controlling stress, increasing resilience and boosting low self-esteem. 

Our approach to personal wellness works thru 4 key pillars: Content Education, Daily Activities, Community Support and Professional Therapy. Through a gamified process that rewards consistency and habit-building, users on the frankie platform take up a lifetime journey that rewards them to strengthen their mental health and wellness. Unlike other wellness platforms, we provide multidisciplinary and multi-level approach interventions (physical, psychological, social, familial) that are designed for each developmental stage and aimed at minimising the impact of risk factors. 

As the user advances through their frankie journey, they are able to gain access to specialised health and wellness journeys that spans from a week to more than 16 weeks. These specialised paths enable them to pursue advanced routes for health and wellness treatments/therapies that interest them.
