Igloo is an insurtech startup that was founded after graduating from PayPal’s fintech accelerator program in 2016. Then known as Axinan, the insurtech startup rebranded to igloo in 2020 April after closing its Series A+ funding round. The first full-stack insurtech firm to emerge from Singapore, igloo is focused on creating innovative digital insurance for the Internet economy. Igloo leverages big data, real-time risk assessment and end-to-end automated claims management to create B2B2C insurance solutions for platform partners and insurers. igloo’s insurance solutions enable companies to eliminate their exposure to operational risk, create new revenue streams and optimise and enhance existing products.
