Prismforce’s talent supply chain software suite for skill management, talent marketplace and forecasting helps technology businesses efficiently plan, staff and deliver projects while providing compelling career progression for its employees, driving  sustainable, profitable growth for enterprises and better employee engagement.

Founded in 2021, by alumni from IIT/IIM, Prismforce has built an exceptional team of people with rich experience in global tech and consulting companies such as Amazon, AWS, Uber, Infosys, MuSigma, Phenom & McKinsey amongst others and have a deep understanding of the IT services domain. The team comprises passionate practitioners, former consultants, technologists, designers, product managers and data scientists looking to create state-of-the-art products for India and global markets.

We are a well funded startup, having raised $15.4 million across seed and Series A rounds. Series A funding round of $13.6 Mn was led by Sequoia Capital India along with a select set of global angel investors in 2022. Prior to this, a year ago, we had raised $1.8 Mn in seed funding from select industry thought leaders, serial entrepreneurs and SaaS founders as angels.
