Property 213 is a property technology company founded in late 2017 with the mission of increasing real estate sales for property developers with track record of increasing sales conversion rate and significantly improve back end operations efficiency. Real estate developers and agencies who uses our platform were able to shorten the sales cycle from 2 months to 2 weeks. We partnered with over 300 banks, has more than 10,000 real estate agents & surplus of 30,000 buyers using our software platform daily. As of 2019 we successfully completed 20,500 transactions with over $6.3 billion in real estate sales transactions.

The company was founded by Alan Kek (CEO) who has in depth knowledge and passion in software programming and real estate. Alan partnered with his co-founder Fenella Kim (President) who is a 20 years seasoned entrepreneur along with several other highly experienced individuals HK Lim (CTO), Felicia Ong (Legal Advisor) and Johnny Khor (Business Advisor).
