General Information

Founded in 2011, Serena Emery IT Solutions Sdn Bhd (previously known as Serena Emery Sdn Bhd) initially started off as a healthcare related company but we switched to providing information technology solutions in 2020 when the pandemic unmasked stark deficiencies especially in the healthcare services. Our co-founder team is a great one-two punch of medical experience and savvy tech expertise. Dr Nomee Radzi is a Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist at KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital. Graduating from the University of Manchester with honours, her subsequent training in tertiary children's hospitals in the United Kingdom and the National Heart Institute Malaysia have made her one of the foremost experts in her field. However, it is her drive for an equitable medical service for all Malaysians that brought her to the foray of medical information technology services. Muhammad Hilmi Ikhwan has a degree from Monash South Africa, majoring in economics and business law. He has extensive experience in project management of various scale and is currently heading the technology investment arm of a government link corporation. A big advocate in driving the digitilazation of government sector, he has several startups that focus on data governance and management. Together, we have built a team capable of producing solutions and hungry to develop and incorporate new technologies to improve our capabilities.
