Shingda is a local civil engineering firm incorporated in 1986. Being a specialist contractor in pipeline works, Shingda obtained most of its projects through open tender for Government Project. Our customer includes Public Utilities Board of Singapore and Changi Airport Group.
Shingda is accorded the Singapore Quality Class – Star, and Singapore Innovation Class and is certified to ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OSHAS 18000 and Biz Safe – Star.
