Role Description

Provide Level 3 production support for iOS applications in the digital banking domain.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to services.
Analyze application logs and database queries to identify root causes of production incidents.
Develop and implement solutions to enhance the stability, performance, and reliability of iOS applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy bug fixes and enhancements to production environments.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
Experience in iOS development and production support.
Proficiency in Swift on iOS.
Experience with Oracle database management.
