Detailed Job Description :

• Participate in the setup and improvement of application monitoring tools like GENEOS
• Monitor environments to ensure they are healthy and alert the team of any issues
• Manage batch job setup requests from developers for SIT and UAT environments
• Ensure all batch job requests meet quality standards, including adhoc and permanent jobs, and that job output has detailed error information
• Monitor batch job execution and consolidate/maintain batch job inventory
• Publish SIT and UAT EOD calendars to the project TCOE and coordinate with the PEMS team for project-requested adhoc EOD runs
• Coordinate project environment and connectivity setup/readiness for all applications, consolidate and publish readiness reports, and escalate environment and connectivity issues to Project Managers
• Track environment issues via project Jira

Must Have Skills (3-4 skills, point wise) :  

• 3-5 years of experience in release management, batch job management, and application monitoring
• Proficient in shell scripting, .NET, and telnet command
• Strong knowledge of application monitoring tools like GENEOS
• Familiarity with batch job setup and monitoring in SIT and UAT environments
• Experience in coordinating project environment and connectivity setup
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good to Have Skills (3-4 skills, point wise) :   Experience in banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of performance testing and load testing tools
• Certification in ISTQB or other testing frameworks
