Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will provide assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. You will plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop migration strategies. - Assess existing infrastructure and applications to identify opportunities for cloud migration. - Design and implement cloud migration plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Manage the migration process, including data transfer, application configuration, and testing. - Ensure the security and compliance of migrated applications and data. - Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team during the migration process. - Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices for migration. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning. - - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS, VMWare Cloud Administration. - - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures. - - Experience with cloud migration tools and methodologies. - - Knowledge of virtualization technologies and hypervisors. - - Familiarity with networking and security principles in cloud environments. - - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud migration. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Graduate/Post Graduate/BE/B Tech/MSC IT/M Tech/M Sc CS degree is required.
