Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer

Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Deep Knowledge on OCI Networking and Azure Networking along with Firewalls. Deep Knowledge in Cloud Networking. Peering’s, Virtual Network Gateways. Capable to design and deploy the Cloud Network Firewalls like Azure Firewall, OCI Firewalls (NAT, Internet Gateway traffic) Hands-on experience in FortiGate Firewall and Palo Alto Firewalls in Cloud NVAs. Hands-on experience in Express circuits, Site-to-Site and Fast Connects Hands-on experience in Hub and Spoke cloud network design Understanding Cloud Route tables and capable to write User Defined routes. Hands-on experience in cloud Load Balancing’s like Network Load balancers, Application Load Balancer, Application Gateways, and Front door Proficiency in Network security Groups(NSGs), Security Lists, Security Groups and ACLs. Deep Knowledge in Cloud traffic analysis and troubleshooting method. Strong Experienced in Network Monitoring tools like Network Watcher and Network Path Analyzer. Strong knowledge in Logging and analysis queries like Log Analytics workspace (KQL), OCI Logging analytics(MQL) Good communication knowledge to Handle the North America customers and interact with live troubleshooting sessions. Good to Have OCI Architect , OCI Network Professional certifications and Azure Expert certifications.
