Product Manager (Deposits/Liabilities Management)
Job Mandate:
Develop new products and manage existing ones. Perform product management tasks related to compliance, quality assurance, operational risk management, operations & system requirements, report requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop new products
• Explore and research new products
• Develop business case, including target market, size of business opportunity, product requirements
• Develop product parameters, policy, process, system and ops requirements, distribution channels
• Launch new product based on product launch checklist including approvals, training, system set-up
• Monitor and review product new product performance
2. Manage existing products
• Enhance policies and procedures
• Monitor product performance and compliance
• Support product requirements including but no limited to system, ops, ops risk, etc.
3. Manage projects related to products
• Lead projects related to products
• Coordinate with relevant units and stakeholders
• Implement project to achieve objective within target timeline
4. Manage product team
• Allocate and monitor work across product team members
• Ensure tasks and projects of team members are completed
• Conduct quality check on outputs of product team
