RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support servers across various platforms (Citrix, VMware, Windows).
• Administer and maintain Windows Servers (2008/2012/2016), VMware ESXi, vCenter, and vSphere environments.
• Perform server provisioning, security hardening, and patch management.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS features and services.
• Collaborate with application teams for deployments and other application-related activities
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Citrix, Windows, VMware, and related systems
• Handle incident, problem, service request, and change management
• Collaborate closely with application teams for system audit requirements and continuous improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any IT related field
• At least 5 years of experience is system engineering and managing platforms (Citrix, VMware, Windows).
• Experience in providing Level 2 and Level 3 systems support
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, network storage, and cloud technology.
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Azure DNS, Group Policy, Exchange, SharePoint, and Security and Compliance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
