Job Description

Leading a team of a minimum of 20 engineers
Help all squads by allocating all resources successfully collaborating with Scrum Master to ensure and allocate the right engineering manpower required at the squad level, and also in identifying overutilization/underutilization of resource
Leading a team in scaling the company's technical infrastructure and architecture to accommodate rapid growth
Coordinating cross-functional teams, setting realistic timelines, and ensuring high-quality development and delivery within budget
Implemented agile methodologies, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines
Lead all aspects of the company's technological development including scalability, reliability, and security
Work closely with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Enhance Employee satisfaction, esp. Engineering members, keep them motivated and help them to achieve their career objectives.
Work with the Architect and Technical Product Owner to run the development lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, support)
Work closely with CloudOps to maintain the application in our infrastructure
Supervise Technical Chapter Lead to mentor developers in developing their skills
Manage knowledge within the team in form of written documentation surrounding technical requirements, deployments, and post-mortems

Job Requirements:

Bachelor/Master Degree in IT
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field (In Leading Software Engineering)
Strong strategic thinking, team development, & software architect
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript ES5/ES6
Strong knowledge of web service concepts
Experience with SaaS, Microservices, Open APIs, Mobile App & Cloud Computing
Experience with version control such as git and it's best practice
Experience with React framework in building modern Full Stack applications
Experience with the NestJS framework in building modern Back-End applications
Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices such as TDD, continuous integration, code review, and microservices design patterns
Familiarity with software development methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Kanban, or Scrum
