We are seeking a highly experienced React Native Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience with React Native and an overall professional experience of 3 to 5 years in software development. As a React Native Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Architect and Design:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to architect and design robust and user-friendly mobile applications using React Native. Ensure the applications meet technical requirements and align with business objectives.

Mobile Development:
Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native, JavaScript, and related technologies. Take ownership of critical features and components within the mobile applications.

Technical Leadership:
Provide expert-level technical guidance to junior developers. Lead by example in terms of code quality, development practices, and problem-solving skills.

User Experience:
Work closely with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces that provide an exceptional mobile experience.

Performance Optimization:
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the mobile applications.

Integration and Testing:
Collaborate with QA engineers to develop comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and automated test suites. Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure application reliability.

Continuous Integration and Deployment:
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to facilitate seamless releases of software updates.

Adopt Best Practices:
Stay current with the latest developments in the React Native ecosystem and adhere to coding standards, best practices, and emerging trends.

Problem Solving:
Analyze complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions that align with both technical feasibility and business needs.

Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, coding guidelines, and development decisions.

Requirements:

 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in React Native development, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful mobile applications.

 Overall professional experience of 3 to 5 years in software development.

 Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and related libraries/frameworks.

 Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, UI/UX principles, and best practices.

 Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

 Familiarity with native modules and native app development (iOS/Android) is advantageous.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Leadership skills, including the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.

 Experience with backend technologies, APIs, and integration is a plus.
