Roles & responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular status updates to the lead/manager

Design and develop well-structured and optimized code for Android and iOS platforms

Diagnose and fix performance issues and bugs to improve application functionality

Ensure designs comply with specifications and prepare and produce software releases

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new features and functionalities

Gather requirements, analyze and estimate project efforts

Mentor and guide junior team members

Investigate alternative technologies and present them for architectural review

Support continuous improvement by staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends

Skills required Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients

Excellent experience in Flutter (Dart) and iOS native development

Design and development experience with Android and iOS platforms using Flutter and iOS Native

Experience with state management tools such as GetX, provider, and the bloc

Knowledge of Auto Layout, Storyboards, and Xib for iOS development

Experience with writing test cases for both Flutter and Swift

Profiling of flutter applications

Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle

Ability to write well-structured, optimized, and testable code

Experience with debugging and fixing bugs to improve application functionality

Knowledge of architectural design patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, and MVC

Experience with REST API integration and code versioning tools such as Git

Experience with deployment using CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of Firebase services and adding third-party libraries and pod integration

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Experience with Material Design and iOS design principles, patterns, and best practices

Hands-on experience in the development of IDE XCode and the UIKit framework

Experience with offline storage and threading
