In this Pega Tech Lead role, you will provide guidance to the technical team regarding Architecture Design and Pega configuration design. You will also influence technical decision-making for enterprise applications on the Pega platform through negotiation and collaboration with stakeholders in multiple geographies.

In your first few weeks in this Pega Technical Lead role, you can expect to:

• Mentor team members in Pega development best practices
• Conduct necessary proof-of-concept
• Create Services to integrate with other Pega applications
• Create Connectors to connect to different applications
• Establish Pega coding standards.
  
  

To apply for this Pega Technical Lead role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Performance tuning and optimisation of PRPC implementations
• Ability to use application preflight tool, PAL, DB Trace, Profiler tool, SMA console, and PegaAES
• Excellent knowledge of PRPC features for BPM and BRE
• Understanding of release-to-release features
• Good knowledge of all rule types, UI and correspondence features.
