Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at ComfortDelGro's Private Mobility Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data, derive insights, and develop data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures alignment with organizational goals, while staying updated with industry trends fosters innovation in analytics practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
• Develop predictive models and perform scenario analysis to forecast future trends and outcomes.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Present data-driven insights in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner for stakeholders.
• Customize dashboards to meet the specific requirements of different business units and stakeholders.
• Acquire, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Implement data governance best practices to maintain data quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritize analytical projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Min 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying relational databases
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation
• Experience working in cloud environment (AWS, GCP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work across diverse teams
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modelling, and data mining techniques
• Knowledge of machine learning is a bonus
